Return Policy:

REFUNDS

We do not provide any cash refunds for the return unless it is any mistake from our side such as receiving wrong or damaged item. The items can only be exchanged for a similar value item.

An option to avail the return credit in the form of a gift card is also available should the customer wishes to redeem the the credit in a later point of time. Gift cards are only valid for 6 months upon issue.

EXCHANGE

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:

    •    Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
    •    The item must not be washed; and
    •    It must also be in the original packaging including the tote bag

Exchange will be ineligible if:

    •    The purchased item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
    •    Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your e-invoice received by email.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address notified to you after initiating the returns process. The customer will have to pay for the return shipping costs and it is non refundable. The customer can use any courier service operating to Abu Dhabi for returns.
