IS THERE A FEE FOR RETURNS?

A flat fee of $7.00 will be charged for each return shipment to the original form of payment.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Due to our marketplace model, changes or cancellations to orders may not always be possible once your order has been finalized.

However, we understand that situations can change. We'll do our best to accommodate adjustments to unshipped orders. Just reach out to our support team as soon as possible.

For orders that have already shipped:

  • Cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
  • Our support team is happy to assist with returns! Please note that some items marked as "Final Sale" may not be eligible for return.

We recommend double-checking your order details before finalizing it to avoid any inconvenience.

Missing Package? We've Got You Covered!

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but your package seems to have vanished, don't worry! Here are some quick tips to help you locate it before contacting us:

Check the tracking number to confirm that the package was delivered to your address and not a nearby Access Point. Confirm that there are no activity log updates on the tracking number that stat the item was returned to the sender. If you live in a house, check around your property thoroughly.

Package Security and Delivery Options:

Discreet Package Placement: Sometimes, couriers may leave your package in a secure location on your property to minimize the risk of theft. Be sure to check around your doorstep, porch, or other sheltered areas for the package.

Neighborly Check-in: If you haven't found your package, it can't hurt to ask your neighbors if they might have seen it delivered in error.

Building Management and Concierge Services:

If you live in a building with a concierge or mailroom, be sure to check with them first. They might be holding onto your package for safekeeping.

Loss Claims and Time Limits:

We understand that packages can go missing sometimes. We're happy to help you file a claim for a lost package, regardless of when you notice it's missing. However, to ensure a smoother resolution, please keep in mind that claims filed more than 30 days after the package was marked as delivered may have limited options for refunds or replacements.

If you are still unable to locate the package after completing the above checks, please reach out to us within 30 days of the item being marked delivered.
